Ensure that the workshop is placed on a firm and level base such as a wooden frame base, poured concrete base or a paving slab base for optimal stability and durability.
Delivery Information:
Delivery for this product is typically within 3-10 days, although this varies on product (stock availability) and location. Mercia offers the option to book a convenient delivery slot through the delivery portal once the order is confirmed. You will receive an SMS/email to access the booking portal. The delivery journey includes the following steps:
- Customers can choose their delivery date within a 5-week window.
- A confirmation of the selected date is sent.
- 48 hours before delivery, a reminder is sent to the customer.
- On the morning of delivery, a 2-hour delivery window is provided.
- Customers can track their order via the portal with live updates.
- After delivery, a confirmation message is sent along with details for raising any issues and providing feedback.
- If a delivery slot isn’t booked, Mercia will reach out within 48 hours to help arrange it.
Optional installation services are also available, ensuring your workshop is set up professionally and securely. Customers are required to complete a preinstallation questionnaire confirming base information and access to garden. Installation usually takes within 1-14 working days, but this is based on the return of the questionnaire from the customer and also the size of the product.
